2026 RRVE HOA Dues Are Due

RRVE HOA Dues are due for 2026. $60 a year, per lot owned. $60 a year comes out to $5 per month which is a real deal when compared to neighboring HOA’s. Ways to pay: mail check or money order to RRVE, PO Box 1231, Alto, NM 88312 pay on line - if you choose to pay on line the RRVE Treasurer will need your email address in order for an invoice to be sent to you. You can provide your email on this website ranchoruidoso.com or at the email address ranchoruidoso@yahoo.com .

December 13th Membership Meeting

Rancho Ruidoso Valley Estates 4th Quarter Membership Meeting Minutes December 13, 2025 The meeting was called to order at 10:04 by President Al Cavazos Pledge of Allegiance Approval of prior meeting minutes was seconded and approved by a majority vote. Picking up packages makes room for More packages

RRVE Neighbors pick up your packages. We have 32 mail lockers and approximately 300 residents. Packages not picked up go back to the post office sorry.☹️ RRVE Annual HOA Meeting was held this past Saturday December 13th. The meeting was well attended and the newly RRVE HOA elected board was announced. Thank you to all residents who took time to vote. It is with extreme gratitude and gratefulness to these 4 folks for stepping up to serve on the RRVE HOA Board 2026-2027. Pre
