REDUCING SPEEDING within the community is a high priority. The speed limit is 25 mph, and many people have been driving at excessively high speed. This board is researching ways to mitigate speeding.

DOGS ARE NOT TO BE RUNNING LOOSE in the community. We have received complaints about dogs running loose and people not feeling safe when they are out walking around the neighborhood.
