RRVE HOA Dues are due for 2026. $60 a year, per lot owned.
$60 a year comes out to $5 per month which is a real deal when compared to
neighboring HOA’s.
Ways to pay:
mail check or money order to RRVE, PO Box 1231, Alto, NM 88312
pay on line - if you choose to pay on line the RRVE Treasurer will need your
email address in order for an invoice to be sent to you. You can provide your email
on this website ranchoruidoso.com or at the email address ranchoruidoso@yahoo.com.
Deadline for RRVE HOA Dues is January 31, 2026. After the deadline a $10 a month late fee is added to your account.

I'm not following the continued storing of over $300K, and still collecting dues at all. It's not a deal, if you should not be going to all that extra expense to send out notices, etc., when you have such a large store of funds. A non-profit is not suppose to have excess funds like this--isn't this against the NM laws for HOAs? 2nd part is the needed exit, which I am wondering why RRVE would be covering the expense, as I am told, when the county should be taking over the area (private property) and constructing it, as they already take care of the subdivision roads...right?
